Limited Lifetime Warranty for Residential Homes & Garages
A Limited Lifetime Warranty is provided to the original customer/home owner for floor coating materials (up to 1000m2) and covers against the following:

Peeling and delamination from the concrete substrate for as long as the original customer owns the home in which the floor coating materials were installed, for a period of up to ten (10) years for Standard Floors and twenty (20) years for Premium Floors from the date of installation by Show Car Garage.

Hot tyre lifting and peeling for a period of ten (10) years for Standard Floors and twenty (20) years for Premium Floors from the date of installation by Show Car Garage.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferrable and applicable only to the customer/ home owner of the property at the time of contracting. Warranty repairs do not constitute an extension of the original warranty period for the original installation or any specific component or part thereof. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not protect against staining or discolouration. It is the customer's responsibility to quickly remove all solvent-based contaminants such as oil, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, gasoline, diesel, road grime, tar, silicone tyre shine etc. Solvent-based contaminants may harm your floor's clear coat. Discretion is advised. If under car/tyre staining is consistent, please consider using protective coverings, carpet tiles, rubber mats etc.
Limited Lifetime Warranty for Residential Exterior Surfaces
Floor coating materials (up to a maximum of 1000m2) are warranted to the original customer/home owner against the following conditions for period of three (3) years from the date of substantial completion of Show Car Garage’s work: peeling/delamination from the concrete.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferrable and applicable only to the customer/ home owner of the property at the time of contracting. Warranty repairs do not constitute an extension of the original warranty period for the original installation or any specific component or part thereof. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not protect against staining or discolouration. It is the customer's responsibility to quickly remove all solvent-based contaminants such as oil, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, gasoline, diesel, road grime, tar, silicone tyre shine etc. Solvent-based contaminants may harm your floor's clear coat. Limited Lifetime Warranty for Commercial & Industrial Buildings
A Limited Lifetime Warranty is provided to the original customer/purchaser for floor coating materials (up to 1000m2) and covers against the following:

Peeling and delamination from the concrete substrate for as long as the original customer owns the home in which the floor coating materials were installed, for a period of up to three (3) years from the date of installation by Show Car Garage.

Hot tyre lifting and peeling for a period of three (3) years from the date of installation by Show Car Garage
This Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferrable and applicable only to the customer/owner of the property at the time of contracting. Warranty repairs do not constitute an extension of the original warranty period for the original installation or any specific component or part thereof. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not protect against staining or discolouration. Exclusions: This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to, and Show Car Garage will not be responsible for: normal wear and tear or any damage to floor coatings or other property caused by improper repairs made or attempted by anyone other than Show Car Garage, faulty maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, extreme temperatures, staining, cracking or peeling caused by cracking of the substrate, defective substrate, hydrostatic pressure or moisture vapor transmission levels greater than five (5) kg, battery acid, brake fluid or other industrial fluid, or as a result of any accident, casualty, or natural disasters.
50% Deposit Paid Prior To Installation
For all residential and commercial floor coating installations, a 50% deposit must be paid one week prior to the date of installation.
Purchaser’s Exclusive Remedy and Limitation on Liability
The foregoing Limited Lifetime Warranty will be the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy against Show Car Garage, whether in contract, under statute (including provisions as to the conditions as to the quality or fitness for any particular purpose of goods supplied pursuant to the contract of sale), warranty, tort, strict liability or any other legal theory). A Show Car Garage warranty is only valid upon the customer's payment of the purchase price, resulting in a completed transaction.
DISCLAIMER
THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY GIVEN BY SHOW CAR GARAGE WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED UNDER THIS CONTRACT. SHOW CAR GAGRAGE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Show Car Garage’s liability to the customer on any claim for loss or damage arising out of, connected with or resulting from the contract of sale, or the performance or breach thereof, or from the design, manufacture, sale, delivery, installation, service, repair or use of the floor coatings provided hereunder shall not exceed the price to customer/purchaser of the repair or the replacement of the defective part or component. In no event shall Show Car Garage be liable for special or consequential damages including, but not limited to: injuries to persons or damage to property, loss of profits or anticipated profits or loss of use of any property.
